Arf? Does this coworker actually mean the church organ and the... church kitchen? Or are you getting married in a home in which there exists an organ - that presumably will be played - and a kitchen - which will presumably NOT be doing any cooking since your event is catered?

I don't know the context -- yet. That was the teaser, as he promised not to tell me any horror stories from his own wedding. I think it's like a root canal, where everyone says, "Oh, yeah, I had one, it was fine", and afterwards, they come forward with the real trauma that was inflicted upon them.

This is actually a good thing, by the way, not a bad one. I don't know what happened at Bob's wedding, but I think I'm glad to not know until after it doesn't happen to me. =)
