rant: Citibank's ads are too much
Jan. 9th, 2005 02:35 pmI can't help it, Citibank's ads catch my eye on the street. They're always the same style, with clean text and no distracting elements, so they're easy to pick out. The first one I saw read, "It's not your means, it's your meaning," and I liked that. But too often they twist this message too far, implying that you're not living if you're not spending constantly. And this one was the worst:
